Know what the share contains
A Terabox link can point to an individual file or a collection. Before downloading, inspect the name, extension, and displayed size of the items you need. If the share contains many similar documents, ask the owner which version is current.
The checker on this site recognizes selected share-link formats, not the contents of a folder. It cannot list files, determine permission, or confirm the presence of a particular document.
Choose files deliberately
Use the selection and download options that the original share page makes available. Keep a note of the expected items when saving a collection so you can compare the result after the transfer.
If files are delivered in an archive, leave enough space for both the archive and its extracted contents. Extraction requires an application that supports the archive format; this site does not unpack or inspect uploaded files.
- Create a destination folder with a recognizable name.
- Check that you have enough free storage.
- Preserve extensions when renaming files.
- Compare the saved items with the expected collection.
Verify before opening
A file name is a useful clue, but it is not proof that a file is safe or authentic. Confirm the source and use the protection features available on your device before opening unfamiliar files.
Do not run an executable or install an app simply because it appeared in a share. For important documents, ask the owner to verify the expected file name and version through a separate communication channel.
Recover from a missing or incomplete file
Check the browser’s download history first. If the file is still transferring, wait for completion. If the browser reports failure, note its message and check your connection and storage before trying again.
For a missing item in a folder, ask the owner to confirm that it was included in the share. Changing the URL or retrying repeatedly cannot restore a file that the owner removed.
